Submission Guidelines

An audio file of 5 minutes or less. aim for 2-3 minutes
Audio file type should be .wav or .mp3 format
A quiet place to record clear audio, you don’t need a studio or expensive gear
Keep it short and focused. One topic per submission
Make it personal, so it really hits home for an EOS® leader
No need to introduce yourself. We’ll roll out the red carpet for you. Just jump straight into the insight
We will hero you and your story, so self-promotion in the audio recording is not ideal. Leave that part to us.

Whatever you are familiar with to record audio will be fine, as long as you can send us a .wav or .mp3 file. Here are some suggestions for recording audio:
If you already use an audio recording software, that will produce the best results. Use a microphone if you have one
You can film a video on your phone or computer camera, and we’ll extract the audio
Record your tip to your phone on a voice memo app
Start a teams/zoom meeting with yourself and record it
