What is it?  

Every episode features one short sharp field-tested tip, tactic or story based on your experience with EOS® on the ground, in the weeds, at the whiteboard. 

Who should submit? 

  • EOS® Implementers 

  • Fractional or internal Integrators  

  • Visionaries and Integrators  

  • SLT and any leaders in a company running on EOS® 

We curate for quality 

Not every submission makes the cut.  
Level 10 Leaders is where excellence gets amplified. 

You don’t need to be perfect. 
If your tip is practical, authentic, and EOS®-aligned, there’s a good chance it’ll be featured as an episode. 

Submission Guidelines

  • We’re looking for field-tested tips, tactics and stories that will help our EOS® community. We’re looking for gems like: 

    • The moment it clicked in a Level 10 Meeting™

    • How you coach managers to hit Rocks™

    • Your go-to move when To-Dos slip

    • An unexpected breakthrough using Delegate & Elevate™ or any of the 5 leadership or management practices

    • How your favorite EOS® tool gets teams to 100% strong

    • When hitting the ceiling, what you did to break through?

    • What you do to improve team health?

    • Scorecards that really move the needle

    • A story you’ve already shared in a LinkedIn post, client newsletter, blog, or video. if it helped others there, it can help even more here 

       

    • A quiet place to record clear audio, you don’t need a studio or expensive gear

    • Keep it short and focused. One topic per submission

    • Make it personal, so it really hits home for an EOS® leader

    • An audio file of 5 minutes or less. Aim for 2-3 minutes
