    • Only 2 hours per month, over a continuous monthly cycle. This creates lasting change because learning is layered over time and skills build on each other.

    • There are NO workshops. This is a hybrid online system that focuses on practical application of skills in real time in daily work.

  • Let’s discuss your needs. We can normally deliver multiple months of development for the equivalent cost of a one day workshop.

  • The 2 hours per month is made up of:

    • Online learning of a monthly topic (30 minutes)

    • One on one coaching with a leader (15 minutes)

    • Peer group learning session with an expert facilitator, where learners share insights and practices (60 minutes)

    • Leaders review performance with facilitator (30 minutes)

    • Daily practice of the skills in work

    • There is no minimum for our public programs.

    • A co-hort of 5-7 participants for private organization groups is recommended.

    • Yes, our pricing includes a full Learning Management System (LMS).

    • Yes, we may be able to deploy our training content on your Learning Management System (LMS). There may be an additional set-up cost applicable depending on which LMS you use.
