Only 2 hours per month, over a continuous monthly cycle. This creates lasting change because learning is layered over time and skills build on each other.

There are NO workshops. This is a hybrid online system that focuses on practical application of skills in real time in daily work.

Let’s discuss your needs. We can normally deliver multiple months of development for the equivalent cost of a one day workshop.

The 2 hours per month is made up of:
Online learning of a monthly topic (30 minutes)
One on one coaching with a leader (15 minutes)
Peer group learning session with an expert facilitator, where learners share insights and practices (60 minutes)
Leaders review performance with facilitator (30 minutes)
