Changing the name of something you’ve built is a bit like repainting the house you grew up in. You know it’s the right call, but you still put it off for a while.

Now it’s here, and it feels right.

The Breakthrough Co is now Level 10 Leaders

Why the change? Because Level 10 says what we’ve always been about. Not good, not great, but the top of the mountain. The work got there first. The name finally caught up.

Here’s what changes. Our name and logo, on everything: emails, the learning platform, invoices, the lot. Our email addresses move to level10leaders.com, and our LinkedIn and YouTube channels move to the new name.

Here’s what doesn’t. The team, the programs, and our commitment to developing amazing leaders. If you’ve worked with me, or with anyone on this team, that relationship doesn’t shift an inch.

Nothing you need to do. Don’t be alarmed when a different logo turns up in your inbox or your feed.

Now forget the logo. The line underneath it matters more: execution at every level.

Most strategies don’t fail in the boardroom. They fail somewhere between the whiteboard and the weekday, in the hands of managers who are capable, committed, and flat out in the whirlwind. Nobody gave them a way to turn the plan into what they do on Tuesday.

It’s not a strategy problem. It’s an execution problem. And more training won’t fix it. A system will, one that reaches every manager, not only the ones in the room when the plan got made.

Level 10 is the standard. Execution at every level is how you reach it. Miss the second, and the first stays a nice idea on a whiteboard.
