    • (Our flagship Active Manager Program is) 12 months, 2 hours per month. This is very important: Behavior changes because their learning is layered over time. The skills build on each other.

    • We do not. Learning sticks when it is applied in real time in daily work, 
not by listening to theory.

  • The The 2 hours per month is broken up into:

    • Online learning of a monthly topic (30 mins)

    • One on one coaching with a leader (15 mins)

    • Peer group learning session with a facilitator, where learners share insights and practices (1 hour)

    • Leaders review performance with facilitator

    • Daily practice, embedding the monthly topic – turning insight into action

    • It’s not for individuals. As a minimum, we recommend 5-7 participants. The program embeds a culture of leadership across all levels of the business.
