(Our flagship Active Manager Program is) 12 months, 2 hours per month. This is very important: Behavior changes because their learning is layered over time. The skills build on each other.

The The 2 hours per month is broken up into:
Online learning of a monthly topic (30 mins)
One on one coaching with a leader (15 mins)
Peer group learning session with a facilitator, where learners share insights and practices (1 hour)
Leaders review performance with facilitator
